What We Do
Capacity Development & Project Management
Skills.
We help people and organisations learn, grow, and thrive. Whether strengthening your team’s capabilities or navigating complex environmental challenges, we partner with you to bring a fresh perspective and develop creative, lasting solutions.
Training and Mentorship
We design and deliver customised training programs to help individuals and teams grow.
Our projects:

Accessing the Deep
A flagship training and mentorship program co-developed for Ocean Discovery League to broaden participation and create opportunities for underrepresented groups in deep-sea research and exploration. We laid the foundation for this initiative, which has grown into a UN Ocean Decade-endorsed program now in its third year.

Deep-sea Capacity Development Maturity Model
A framework we lead-authored and co-developed to help organisations in the deep-sea sector and ocean sciences evaluate and improve their capacity development projects.

Project Management Support
We provide project management from initial planning through to evaluation and reporting. Drawing on our experience across diverse sectors, we adapt our methodologies to maximise meaningful impact.

Suara Masyarakat (Community Voices)
The 36-month, EU-funded ‘Suara Masyarakat’ media development program by Internews in Malaysia where we focused on capacity building for the Malaysian media, amplified marginalised voices and promoted good governance and accountability.
Specialised Knowledge
Our approach is grounded in interdisciplinary thinking and a commitment to knowledge exchange. We bring a wealth of experience to every collaboration, helping clients navigate complex challenges at the intersection of environmental conservation, media development, and ocean science.
