Capacity Development & Project Management

Skills.

We help people and organisations learn, grow, and succeed. For everything from building your team’s skills to tackling a tough environmental project, we partner with you to bring a fresh perspective and find the best solutions.

We design and deliver customised training programs to help individuals and teams grow.

Advocacy training in 2022 for 35 Orang Asli women of the Temiar tribe in Gua Musang, Kelantan – a key community initiative by Internews Malaysia and the Center for Orang Asli Concerns (COAC).

Suara Masyarakat (Community Voices)

The 36-month, EU-funded ‘Suara Masyarakat’ media development program by Internews in Malaysia where we focused on capacity building for the Malaysian media, amplified marginalised voices and promoted good governance and accountability.

Our approach is grounded in interdisciplinary thinking and a commitment to knowledge sharing. We bring a wealth of experience to the table, helping clients tackle complex challenges that sit at the intersection of environmental conservation, media development, and ocean science.
